Millennials have become the largest work force, voting block and consumer group by number. They value experiences over material goods! Hospitality that is immersive will rule the day. Micro Rooms and Big Public Spaces
The scaling back of the luxury 50 square meters or 600 square foot rooms. Bringing the space under control, offering minimalist, luxury accommodations, replacing with larger, interactive public spaces needs to be considered. The Lobby as the community business hub is becoming popular. This gives the developer the ability to built 300 Keys where they might have only built 200 keys before.
